When would you recommend to install micro inverter if I am thinking of installing solar?

Micro inverters are a good choice if you need a solar system to perform better and maximize return on investment. Paying the extra initial cost of micro-inverters to avoid evident risks of under performance caused by shading or technical faults makes sense in dense residential areas where the chance of that happening is high. If your house is built on a hill, is higher than the other buildings in your neighborhood, or you live in an open area, when shading is not usually a problem, you can consider a string inverter as it is both cheaper and effective.
