Yes, we understand how you would feel to interact with companies having such bad rating however this is unfortunate that all this happened due to just a slight confusion with two companies 1) Ausgreen Solar Solutions & 2) Ausgreen Solar Solution. You can even see that the logo there don't match with our logo as well. We have requested many times to remove our website address from that listing as that is not our listing and we did not have a profile with them. 

You know the sour part is, they never ever listen to any claim that you make and we are now getting use to it. I hope its clear for you now, why we have those ratings over there. Thanks for discussing the issue here to clarify your doubts.
