The Solar For Apartments Program By ACT Govt offers financial assistance to owners corporations in the ACT to install rooftop solar panels on eligible apartment complexes.

The program provides up to $100,000 in grant funds along with a zero-interest loan. Owners corporations must apply for funding through the program, with half of the funds provided as a grant and the other half as a loan, which needs to be repaid.

This initiative is co-funded by the Commonwealth Government's Solar Banks Initiative and the ACT Government’s Sustainable Household Scheme, with up to $3.6 million allocated for support.
